ICELAND
Below is the link to the trip presentation for you to use for your club members and the attached digital flyer. 
Registration will open June 1st utilizing the link on the flyer. 
Air Updates: Collette can quote it out of ANY departure gateway. The rate in the package is good for these gateways: ATL, AVL, BNA, BHM, CLT, CHS, CRW, ECP, GSO, GSP, HSV, RDU, and TYS. For those out of  smaller regional gateways such as TRI, CHA, Augusta, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Winston Salem, etc. we can quote them out of their local gateway and add it to the standard price if that is what the guest wants. Actual flight schedules and airlines will be shared as soon as that information is loaded this summer. Remember to let those that want to deviate on the air (or add pre/post trip) to use the phone number and call in to make their reservations.  

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ICELAND REGISTRATION: 
1.  Registration will open June 1st utilizing the link on the flyer: www.https://gateway.gocollette.com/link/1178779

2.  Airport: on the registration form there are three options:  air from TYS (default based on the contract), no air and "preferred airport".  They must put in their preferred airport, and the cost will calculate the same as long as it is from one of the 13 cities listed above. If they prefer an alternate city and put it in, Collette will contact them to let them know if there is a price difference. 
3.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you add what club you are with onto the online form.  There is no specific place to do this, so we need participants to write in their club in one of the available lines: Special Occasion or Dietary Restrictions as shown below from the registration.
