43rd ANNUAL STEAMBOAT RACE / SKI / RIDE CAMP

December 5-12, 2026

STEAMBOAT TRIP FLYER 2026

SIGN-UP: All applicants must be members of one of the Crescent Ski Council-affiliated clubs by Nov 1, 2026, to participate. Applicant’s membership will be verified by CSC. Everyone must register directly with CSC’s travel agent, Sports America Tours (SAT). www.sportsamerica.com/csctrips . Information is provided by calling 800-876-8551 ext. 125. If paying by check, make payable to SAT. (Payment must be received within 15 days of online registration.

REGISTRATION PERIOD: Registration begins June 15, 2026, and ends October 1, 2025 (based on availability). SAT will not accept any form of registration prior to, nor after, this period.

PACKAGE COST (VARIES): $1780 is the Base Price. Other rates/options are shown below.

CSC/SAT reserves the right to assign unit size. Rate for "extra pillow" in Private Bedroom will be as listed in table below.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN PACKAGE:

• 7 nights lodging at Trappeur’s Crossing
• 5 full-day lessons w/NASTAR or “CSC Format” race
• 3 lunches (M-W-F)
• Welcome reception

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE:

• 6-day lift pass
• Credit card fee (3% add-on if CC is used)
• Airfare (SAT will handle for you if you wish)
• Ground transportation (SAT has bus and rental car options)
• Trip insurance
• Other meals not specifically listed
• Equipment rentals (CSC discount at Steamboat Sports)

This trip is set up as a race camp/ski school program, and everyone is encouraged to participate. Previous participants can attest to the overall benefit of this type of program. If you've never tried it, you should; you'll probably be pleasantly surprised. However, if you'd like, the lesson portion may be deducted. Additionally, there are other deductions and additions, especially for teens and children. For each person (adults and children), start with a total price rate from the table below, then apply any applicable Deducts or Additions.

KIDS 3.5-6yrs INFORMATION

A daily "walk-in" rate of $199 will be offered. This price is based on one parent or grandparent per child participating in the adult lesson package. If this condition is not met, regular published rates will apply. Please inform the trip leader prior to the trip. Rental and lifts are not included in this package.
